Personal Assistant

We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional clerical and administrative support to Tina and her multi-award-winning team. 

To be successful in this role, you need to have;

•    The eligibility to work in New Zealand
•    Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
•    Highly developed organizational and time management skills
•    Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•    Adaptable and flexible and able to work without direct supervision
•    The ability to work under pressure and to perform to a deadline
•    Occasional night and weekend work
•    Bilingual (Excellent English and Chinese communication skills)
